I am transparent with my services and pricing. I charge a non-refundable bench fee of $35. This is due before I look at the device. If I determine your device needs to be repaired, then the fee will go toward your bill. If I cannot repair your device I can assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate entity (e.g. Apple, Verizon, AT&T, etc.).
