Pricing

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE bench fee of $35. This is for assessing the device. If I can repair the device, then the bench fee will be applied to your bill.

You will be charged $40/h for the first hour. You will then be billed at the quarter hour for labor. This means if the repair takes 1h 15m you will be charged $50. (This pricing does not apply to services, only mobile device and computer repair.)

Service quotes are based on the job requested. Due to the nature of the requests it is not fesible to list all possible aspects.

You will be charged for parts and shipping required to get your parts. This is standard for any business, however I will tell you the price of the part and you get to choose how fast you want it shipped.

There is a late fee of 10% per day you do not pick up your device. Each day you are late I will inform you. If you will not be able to pick up your device the day it is ready, feel free to call or email me and we can work out a plan to get your device to you. THE LATE FEE DOES NOT APPLY TO SUNDAYS.

The final price is calculated as:

  • part+shipping

  • Labor (this includes the $35 bench fee)

  • Late fee at 10% per day

Terms

You must pay your full balance before you can retrieve your device.

You will be given a 1 day grace period for arranging pickup of your device. If you do not pick it up you will be charged 10% of your bill PER DAY.

You are responsible for backing up your data and securing any and all sensitive material. (This does not apply for backup solutions)

If you leave any accessories or software for more than 30 days it will become the sole property of the proprietor Steven Watts.
